Privacy Policy

Netro Autocast connects to your social accounts and publishes on your behalf. That is a lot of trust, so this page says plainly what is stored, what is sent to an AI model, who else can see it, and how to remove it.
What is stored
| Your account | Email address, and the identifier from Sign in with Apple if you use it. |

| Connected accounts | Your username, display name, avatar and the platform's identifier for you, the permissions you granted, and the access and refresh tokens. |
| Conversations | Your messages to the agent, its replies, and a record of the actions it took on your behalf. |
| Publishing records | What was published, when, to which account, and the permission you gave for it — including the caption and privacy setting you were shown at the time you approved. |
| Performance | View, like, comment and share counts for posts published through the app, and your follower count. Used to show you what worked, and fed back into planning so it repeats what did well. These are your own account's numbers. |

What is sent to an AI model
Planning and writing are done by a large language model. What is sent to it is your brief, your topics, your memory, and the headlines and view counts of posts you have already published, so it does not repeat itself.
Your followers are never sent to a model. Netro Autocast does not request, read or store your followers, your direct messages, your comments, or anyone else's personal information from a connected platform. What it asks each platform for is your own profile, your own account's performance numbers, and permission to publish — nothing about anybody else.
How your platform tokens are protected
The access and refresh tokens that let Netro Autocast post for you are encrypted before they are written down, using AES-256-GCM. The key that decrypts them is held outside the database, so a copy of the database on its own is not enough to read them. Each token is cryptographically bound to the connection it belongs to, so one cannot be moved to another account.
Tokens are never sent to the app on your phone. The app only ever sees your username, your avatar and whether the connection is healthy.
Who else is involved
- Supabase — hosts the database, file storage and sign-in.
- An AI model provider — receives the material described above to plan and write your posts.
- The media generator you connect — you bring your own account, and your prompts and reference images go to it under your own agreement with them.
- The platforms you connect — TikTok, and later Instagram and YouTube, receive the posts you approve.
- Apple — handles payment if you subscribe. Netro Autocast never sees your card details.
Your information is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you.
What you can do
- Disconnect an account. Future posting to it stops immediately and its queue is cleared. Posts already published stay up — nothing can retract something that has already gone out.
- Clear memory. Remove any single thing the planner has concluded about you, or all of it. Your brief stays.
- Turn off memory entirely, so the planner works from your brief alone.
- Delete your account. Everything above is removed, apart from the publishing and permission records described below.

How long things are kept
- Conversations with the agent: about 90 days.
- Plans, posts and media: until you delete them or close your account.
- Records of what was published and the permission given for it: kept as a durable record, because they are the evidence that a post was authorised. They contain no media, only what was agreed and when.
Where it runs
Data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are elsewhere, using the service involves that transfer.
Age
Netro Autocast is not for anyone under 16, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who receives it, that will be said in the app before the change takes effect, not only here.
