Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Netro Autocast. The important part is the second section: this service posts to your social accounts, and there are things it will do and things that remain yours.
1. The service
Netro Autocast plans short-form content, generates or sources media for it, writes captions, and publishes to social accounts you connect, on a schedule you approve. It is in active development. Features change, and it is offered as it is.
2. Publishing on your behalf
By connecting an account you authorise Netro Autocast to publish to it. That authority is bounded:
- It publishes only what you have approved, and only to accounts you connected.
- Approval is recorded against the specific caption, media and privacy setting shown to you. If any of those change afterwards, publishing stops and the post returns to you for approval.
- You may disconnect an account at any time. Future posting stops immediately.
- Posts already published cannot be retracted by disconnecting. Remove them on the platform itself.
The account remains yours, and so does what is posted from it. You are responsible for the content published to your accounts, including content this service drafted. Review what you approve.
3. Your responsibilities
- You have the right to post to every account you connect.
- You will not use the service to publish anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing someone else's rights.
- You will not use it to impersonate a person or an organisation.
- You will follow the rules of the platforms you connect. Their terms apply to your posts regardless of what this service does.
- You will not attempt to exceed usage limits or resell generation capacity.
4. Content and rights
You keep ownership of your brief, your uploads and the posts made for you. You grant Netro Autocast only the permission needed to store that material, produce content from it, and publish it where you direct.
Media generated for you is subject to the terms of whichever provider you connected, under your own account with them. Media licensed from a stock library is subject to that library's licence, which is recorded alongside the asset. Third-party images you supply as style references are used to guide generation and are never published as your content.
5. Third-party services
The service depends on platforms and providers it does not control. Their APIs change, their limits apply, and they may reject or remove a post for their own reasons. A post accepted by a platform can still be rejected by it afterwards. Netro Autocast reports what happened; it cannot overrule them.
6. What is not promised
- No promise about reach, views, engagement or growth.
- No promise that every scheduled post will publish. Outages, expired tokens, platform rejections and moderation all happen, and when they do you are told rather than left guessing.
- A post that misses its window is not published late. It is reported as missed, because publishing a backlog at once is worse for an account than not publishing.
7. Fees
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, under Apple's terms, and cancelled in your Apple account settings. Generation performed with a provider account you connected is billed by that provider directly to you, and is not something Netro Autocast charges for or refunds.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your account. Access may be suspended for use that breaks these terms, endangers a connected platform's rules, or threatens the service's own access to those platforms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Netro Autocast is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost reach, lost revenue, or action taken against your account by a platform. Its total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
